By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any products from Pink Label Society, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

License Grant

All products purchased from Pink Label Society are licensed, not sold. The original copyright and ownership of all files remain with Pink Label Society.

Prohibited Uses

Under no circumstances may any Pink Label Society product be:

Shared, redistributed, gifted, traded, loaned, or transferred.
Uploaded to file-sharing websites, drives, groups, memberships, or repositories.
Resold in its original form.
Included in lifetime drives, dump groups, bundles, subscriptions, memberships, or resale packages.
Claimed as your own work.
Used to create products intended for resale to other designers.

Clipart Usage

Pink Label Society clipart may be used in your own designs for finished end products.

The only modification permitted to clipart is color changes.

You may not:

Alter, edit, redraw, trace, deconstruct, or manipulate clipart in any other way.
Separate elements for resale or redistribution.
Create derivative clipart sets from Pink Label Society artwork.

PNG Usage

All PNG files are provided as-is.

No alterations are permitted to PNG files.

This includes but is not limited to:

Editing
Redrawing
Tracing
Extracting elements
Modifying artwork
Creating derivative works

PNG files may only be used in accordance with the product’s intended use.

Alpha Usage

All alpha sets are provided as-is.

No alterations, edits, modifications, additions, removals, or derivative works are permitted.

Redistribution Policy

Redistribution of any Pink Label Society file is strictly prohibited for any reason whatsoever.

This includes:

Free sharing
Paid sharing
Group buys
Trades
Membership drives
Lifetime drives
File dumps
Cloud storage sharing
Third-party distribution

Purchasing a product does not grant permission to distribute that product to others.

Enforcement

Pink Label Society actively protects its intellectual property.

Any violation of these Terms of Service may result in:

Immediate revocation of access to purchased drives, memberships, and downloads.
Permanent refusal of future service.
Removal from customer groups, communities, or memberships.
Revocation of all current and future purchasing privileges.

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.

Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Pink Label Society product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
