Thank you for shopping with Pink Label Society.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
Digital Products
All products sold by Pink Label Society, including but not limited to:
- Digital designs
- PNG files
- SVG files
- Fonts
- Templates
- Clipart
- Digital downloads
- Memberships or lifetime access products
are delivered electronically and cannot be returned.
No Refunds
Because digital files cannot be physically returned and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, refunds will not be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Duplicate purchases
- Incompatibility with software or equipment
- Lack of knowledge on how to use the files
Exceptions
If you experience an issue receiving your files or believe a file is corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to provide a working replacement file.
