Thank you for shopping with Pink Label Society.
Processing Time
All t-shirt orders are made to order and typically require 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (where available)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Pink Label Society is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at cs.pinklabelsociety@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters production or ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Pink Label Society is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs.pinklabelsociety@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution with shipping provider when applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders enter production quickly, order changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
