Purchasing or downloading any Pink Label Society product grants a limited license for approved use only and does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

Unauthorized actions including, but not limited to, copying, sharing, redistributing, reselling, reproducing, modifying, tracing, extracting, uploading, gifting, trading, dumping, or otherwise distributing Pink Label Society products are strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

Pink Label Society reserves the right to:

Revoke access to products, drives, memberships, and downloads without notice for violations of our Terms of Service.
Refuse future sales, services, memberships, or access to any individual found in violation of our policies.
Pursue all available legal remedies to protect its intellectual property rights, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, attorney’s fees, and other remedies available under applicable law.
